Commander-in-Chief inspects BDF units

Manama, Sept. 13 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa today inspected several of the BDF military units where he was briefed on their permanent preparedness, administrative and combat readiness as well as the stages of ongoing modernization and development.

Field Marshall Shaikh Khalifa  reviewed during his visit the military projects and the stages of workflow in them. He also reviewed preparation and training of the units personnel.

He praised the advanced level of training programmes that contribute to upgrading the human resources as the effective and significant element of any military force in the various military and field specialisations, besides harnessing all military systems, modern equipment and weapons in the BDF units and battalions. 

In conclusion of his visit, the top commander praised the combat readiness and high morale spirit of the BDF men who are the source of Bahrain’s pride and boasting in the BDF men, adding that with the assistance of Allah the Almighty this force will stay as the protective, capable deterrent shield that safeguards or beloved homeland inside and outside and preserver of its accomplishments so that our precious Kingdom features welfare, prosperity, security, stability and growth under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, The Supreme Commander.
