Manama, April 19 (BNA) -- It was a simple message a group of Bahraini’s wanted to send across to the masses- " reflect their loyalty to the leadership."
In what started last week as signing an allegiance pledge and Loyalty swords campaign is now turned into a movement of masses from all spectrums, turning up in numbers signing their initials supporting the wise leadership.

Books were opened at the National Stadium in Isa Town for citizens to show allegiance to the Kingdom and its leaders.
" The response from this campaign is massive with people coming from all across the country to sign their names in the books," said Mohammed Al Sayeghe, an organiser of the campaign
He says even Non- Bahrainis were standing in queues to have their names in the books.
" This clearly shows that people of Bahrain are loyal to His Majesty King Hamad. The campaign is an outlet for them to show their support to His Majesty, who has thousands of people rallying behind him,' he said.
Al Sayeghe was speaking to BNA from Muharraq Club, where thousands of people were visiting on Monday night to sign the pledge books.
He said with the overwhelming response, they plan to spread the campaign to Bahrain City Center and other parts.
The campaign is being held under the patronage of patronage of the President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Shaikh Nasser graced the occasion on April 13 by signing the Allegiance Pledge and Loyalty Swords to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander.
A poet, philanthropist and a promoter of the Kingdom, Shaikh Nasser gave instructions all the signatures to be carved on the Youth Sword in bid to enter the Guinness Book of World Records as the unique sword bearing with the largest number of signatures.
He encouraged Bahraini youth to live their dreams and achieve them by working towards their goals.
" Our estimate is that as of now we collected over 500,000 signatures and the numbers would still increase setting a new record," said Mr Al Sayeghe.
The names of the signatories will be engraved in a special sword that will be presented to His Majesty King Hamad.
" We plan to collect maximum signatures which will be engraved in the sword. There will be a huge carnival that will be held at later date during which the sword will be presented to His Majesty King Hamad," said Al Sayeghe.
