Manama, Nov. 5 (BNA)— Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) strongly condemned the criminal terror blasts in Manama which killed two workers and left a third one seriously injured.
It described what happened today and recently as a dangerous escalation that requires deterrence. It called on the government to act decisively against this terror escalation, extending condolences to the victims' families and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
"Tampering with Bahrain's stability is a red line that must never be crossed or tolerated. It rather needs to be faced decisively and with the power of the law," BCCI said in a statement, calling on the Interior Ministry to honour its duties in maintaining national security, protecting public and private interests and preventing recurrence of such terror acts.

It also called on all civil society establishments to confront those heinous acts which contravene religious precepts and are alien to the Bahraini society that has ever been known for tolerance and rejection of violence and extremism.

It also called on all citizens to confront those who are trying to promote the culture of violence and undermine national security, voicing confidence in the legal measure that will be taken by the government in facing terrorism.

It praised the directives of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa to track down the perpetrators and those who incited them and step up security measures to foil the terrorists' plots.

BCCI reiterated its loyalty to Bahrain leadership and support to all measures they take to protect Bahrain and maintain its security, stability and national unity.
