BDF Commander-in-Chief Receives Newly-Promoted Senior Officers

Manama, Mar. 3. (BNA) – Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received here today a number of senior BDF officers following their promotion to the rank of Major-General as per Royal Order (19/p) for this year issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander.

They were the Commander of the Training Centre of the Royal Defence Major-General Jaber Abdulla bin Huwail, the Director of Logistics and Catering Major-General Ali-Saqr Al-Nuaimi and the Director of Maintenance and Technical Brigadier-General Mohammed Hashem Al-Sada.

During the audience, the BDF Commander-in-Chief conveyed greetings to the newly-promoted officers from HM the King and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, as well as their wishes of further progress and prosperity for the kingdom, under the wise leadership of HM King Hamad.

He also congratulated the senior officers on the Royal Trust bestowed upon them, wishing them every success in serving the homeland.
