Manama, May 2. (BNA) -- Commander of the Royal Guard Colonel Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa patronised here today the graduation ceremony of two Royal Guard's specialised sessions, organised as part of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF)'s plans and programmes aiming to prepare highly qualified and trained national cadres.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the commanders of the two sessions presented a briefing on the phases of the two sessions, as well as their theoretical and practical programmes, expressing sincere thanks and appreciation to the Royal Commander for patronising the event.
They also praised the support enjoyed by the Royal Guard from the BDF's General Command's senior officials, led by the Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and constant keenness to provide all necessary requirements for training sessions in order to upgrade the level of the Royal Guard, in particular, and that of BDF affiliates, in general.
Then, Shaikh Nasser presented the graduates with certificates and honoured top achievers, wishing them further success .
Commander of the Rapid Intervention Force at the Royal Guard First Lieutenant Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa and a number of the Royal Guard officers attended the ceremony.
