ITO honours Prince Sultan bin Salman

Riyadh, Sep. 14 (BNA): The International Tourism Organisation (ITO) has honoured Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission of Tourism and the National Heritage for his efforts in developing Saudi tourism and supporting the Organisation's programmes.


The ITO's Secretary General Dr. Taleb Al-Rifai said that this honouring comes in recognition of the great efforts exerted by Prince Sultan in serving and developing tourism, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Prince Sultan extended his thanks and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his continuing support for the sector of tourism and national heritage in the kingdom.

The ceremony was attended by Chinese Deputy Premier Zhang Gaoli, on the side-lines of the Organisation's 22nd session in the Chinese city of Chengdu, SPA reported.
