Employees Discipline Award Employees Discipline Award amounting to BD. 200 may be granted, annually to a number of employees not exceeding 2% of man-power in the government entity on 1st January, and it is granted in appreciation for employee's compliance with the Code of Conduct in a manner ensuring proper government work-flow and performing government service in the best manner pursuant to the following conditions, Early attendance to work without delay, Presence at work during official working hours, Continuity at work except during annual leaves, Employee shall not have taken sick leaves for more than 5 workdays during a complete year, Employee Annual performance rating shall not have been less than Good.

Incentive Awards may be accorded to employees for providing services ,work, research or suggestions to help improve work methods, upgrade performance efficiency or economize on expenditures. Such Awards may be accorded to employee in appreciation for his contributions and to raise spirit and morale, increase their attention to duties in order to improve quality of services provided to the public promptly and without delay.

Reimbursements (3-3) Reimbursements, is the amount of cash granted to the employee in accordance with the employment benefits Regulations that was issued by the Prime minister edict No. (77) for the year 2013 to compensate him for facing the requirements, conditions and the special nature of work related to the job he occupied, the requirement and working condition does not require paying the amount during the leave with pay, the reimbursements are used to face the special requirements, and it is considered to be complementary to the salary, and it is granted to the employee when justifications given , and granted upon the approval of Civil service Bureau (CSB)

Controls and accountability procedures are developed by Civil Service Law in the case of an employee breachs the duties imposed by law, through placing him to an administrative investigation committee formed by the relevant Authority in the Government Entity where the employee works based on the provisions of the legal articles organized for this purpose.

In accordance to the prime minister edict No. (77) for the year 2013 in the issuance of the salaries and the employments benefits regulations and its eligibility controls for employees subjected to civil service law, the Bahraini employee appointed permanently can be granted an incentive award equivalent to the annual increment and not exceeding three steps, at the same time it must not exceed the last step of the employee grade, it is granted to the employee in recognition of the performance of high-quality, quantity of work, technical and professional knowledge, physical skills and the rest of the performance elements associated with the position including the functional behavior regulations.

Civil service Bureau Cultural Column .. Part Time Employment Wage
Part Time Employment, is the employment in which the employee works on a contract basis for a specified period and his daily working hours shall be less than the daily working hours for full time permanent employment. Part time employment contract shall be with monthly lump sum pay calculated in terms of hours, day ,week ,month or piece of work as agreed upon by the Government Entity and the candidate after the approval of the Bureau provided that such pay does not exceed the maximum pay range for the grade of that position.
