HRH the Crown Prince receives the newly appointed Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain

Manama, Nov. 12 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today received the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Shaikh Thamer Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, at Gudaibiya Palace. 


During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince emphasised the longstanding historic ties between Bahrain and Kuwait, which continue to thrive under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jabir Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait.

HRH the Crown Prince then welcomed the Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing him success in his diplomatic mission and in contributing to further enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries and their people.

For his part, HE the Kuwaiti Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet with HRH the Crown Prince, and highlighted HRH†s support in further strengthening the Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations.

The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
