Bahrain Ambassador to Germany participates in economic conference

Dusseldorf, Nov. 8 (BNA): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Berlin Abdullah Abdullatif Abdullah participated in the first Arab-German Economic Conference held in Düsseldorf, Federal Republic of Germany and organised by the German-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Arab Ambassadors' Council and the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.


Present were Head of Government of the German Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Minister of Economy, Minister of Health, Chairman of the German-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the German Chamber of Commerce Group, some Arab ambassadors, a number of German officials and some presidents and representatives of Arab Chambers of Commerce.


The conference discussed opportunities for cooperation between the Arab countries and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in energy, infrastructure, industry, digitization, health and education.


The ambassadors also visited the State Council and met with Lord Mayor of North Rhine-Westphalia Thomas Geisel.
