Deputy Prime Minister hails Bahrain-UAE ties

Manama, dec.6(BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa hailed longstanding fraternal relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and UAE President His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

 

He made the statement as he attended a ceremony hoster by the UAE Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain marking the 51st UAE National Day.

 

The Deputy Prime Minister, who was accompanied by ministers, was welcomed by UAE Ambassador to Bahrain His Highness Shaikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan. 

 

The Deputy Prime Minister paid  homage to late HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyna and other early founders for their role in laying the foundations of strong strategic relations binding the two countries.

 

He expressed then Government's thanks and gratitude, headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to UAE for its stances in support of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people.

 

He congratulated the UAE leadership, Government and people on this occasion, hailing their development, progress and prosperity strides, hailing strong partnership between the two countries.

 

The UAe Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bharain expressed thanks to the Deputy Prime Minister for attended the ceremony marking his country's 51st National Day.

 

He hailed strong historic relations binding the two brotherly countries, nothing joint keenness on expanding bilateral relations and fostering the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence, security and stability for the sake of sustainable development in the region and the world.
