HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad hails Paris FC unbeaten run

Manama, Aug.8 (BNA): Paris FC continued its unbeaten, edging past Le Havre 2-1 in the third round of the French Second Football Division (Ligue b2). 

 

Martin Gakpa struck the first goal in the 23rd minute in the first half of the away match which was played in Le Havre.

 

Quentin Cornette equalised for Le Havre 59mn into the match but that was short-lived as Paris FC bounced back to score the winner through Gaetan Laura four minutes later, sealing the final victory.

 

With this third win in a round, Paris FC top the Second Division with 9 points, followed by Toulouse, Nimes and Auxerre with 7 points each.

 

His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa hailed the positive results achievements of Paris FC under the Bahrain Victorious logo, reflecting the team’s resolve to to achieve the board of directors’ division and ensure  accession to the first division (Ligue 1).

 

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa expressed his delight at the success of Paris FC in clinching its third win in a row, which will a catalyst for the team in its nex crucial match against Auxerre.
