Budapest, Feb. 1 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani met the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary, István Jakab.
The meeting discussed the longstanding relations existing between Bahrain and Hungary, and the efforts exerted by the two countries to enhance and develop cooperation in various fields,
The two sides highlighted the expansion of cooperation in the parliamentary field, and unify positions in international forums towards global challenges that would serve mutual interests.
Aspects of developing cooperation in the fields of higher education, agriculture, food security, renewable energy, and other vital areas for the benefit of the two friendly countries were reviewed.
