HM King receives Moroccan Foreign Minister, stresses strong Bahraini-Moroccan relations

Manama, Jan. 26 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa commended strong historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Morocco and continuous keenness to further promote them in various fields.

 

This came during a meeting at Safriya Palace today with Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, on the occasion of his visit to Bahrain to participate in the 5th session of the Bahrain-Morocco Joint Higher Committee. 

 

The Moroccan minister conveyed to HM the King the greetings and appreciation of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco and his best wishes of more growth and prosperity to the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people.

 

HM the King welcomed the Moroccan Minister and asked him to convey his greetings and best wishes to the Moroccan monarch.

 

HM King Hamad commended the efforts of HM King Mohammed VI to further cement ties binding the two kingdoms.

 

HM the King lauded the positive outcomes of the Joint Committee meeting in bolstering bilateral cooperation to serve the interests of both countries and peoples.

 

The Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed thanks and gratitude to HM the King for the gracious welcome and hospitality and for his keenness to further strengthen bilateral fraternal relations.
