Manama, Mar. 26 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has extended deepest thanks and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for his noble stances, and keenness to follow up on his health during his treatment period.

HRH the Prime Minister also extended thanks to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, for his interest and sincere feelings.

HRH Premier also paid tribute to the members of the Royal Family for their kind feelings, and valued highly the citizens and residents for their love, loyalty and heartfelt supplications through media outlets and social media, which, he said, had a good impact on him, and embodied the spirit of love and the cohesive one-family feeling enjoyed by Bahrain.

“These distinctive feelings of love and loyalty make us more determined and resolved to carry on serving our dear citizens, and continue our efforts to achieve their aspirations and bring about more achievements that make them happy. They will help us overcome all challenges that the world is currently witnessing,” HRH Premier said.

The Prime Minister added: “We are following closely on the extraordinary circumstances that the whole world is facing due to the rapid spread of the Coronavirus pandemic and its negative effects. We are harnessing all the potentials of the state to ensure the safety of the citizens and residents. We are doing our utmost to provide full care for them. The government continues to take the necessary precautionary measures to confront this pandemic and contain its spread. We appreciate and praise the efforts exerted by HRH the Crown Prince and the government team, which is assuming its duties with great diligence, sincerity and great cooperation and coordination.”

HRH Premier stressed that the current situation and the temporary measures it has imposed will not last long, adding that with the citizens’ awareness, commitment and solidarity, the virus spread will be curbed, and the situation will be back to normal.

HRH the Prime Minister affirmed that the kingdom will continue adopting initiatives aimed at reconciling families, enhancing social communication and consolidating alternative measures that reflect the values of tolerance and keenness to give an opportunity to individuals to contribute to the national action march.

The Prime Minister emphasised that the citizens should be fully confident that the government, in line with HM the King’s directives, will spare no effort in order to deliver all services and provide all their needs.

"The citizens should be reassured that their government is dedicated in their service, and spares no effort for their sake of serving them and providing them with the necessary medicine, food and living requirements."
