Manama, Jan. 13 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh expressed his pride in the Kingdom adopted approach in line with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s visions of consolidating international diplomatic relations and opening up horizons of cooperation with all countries of the world.
He marked the Kingdom’s Diplomatic Day and affirmed that Bahrain’s constitution has been an essential component in strengthening foreign relations and building positive international ties in a way that promotes sustainable growth and results in remarkable achievements.
Al Saleh praised the fruitful efforts of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and hailed the work of Bahraini capacities in the diplomatic corps that reflect dedication in serving Bahrain and enhancing its position regionally and internationally.
The Shura chairman commended the vital role of Foreign Affairs Ministry and the heads of diplomatic missions in implementing the principles of foreign policy, and praised the National Action Charter for being a solid foundation for strengthening foreign relations based on mutual respect.
He said that celebrating the Diplomatic Day of Bahrain is an opportunity to motivate and encourage national competencies in the diplomatic corps to continue presenting innovative initiatives and programs that contribute to the Kingdom’s progress.
