Manama, Jan. 25 (BNA): Secretary General and Deputy Chairperson of the Higher Education Council Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa received member of the Council of Representative Dr. Hisham Al-Ashiri, the member of the Legislative, Legal and Human Rights Affairs Committee.
They discussed issues related to developing higher education and its outputs and narrowing the gap between the labour market and the university disciplines.
Dr. Shaikha Rana reviewed the efforts being made to upgrade the university specialties and create new ones that suit the needs of the labour market.
MP Dr. Hisham Al-Ashiri praised the efforts made by Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa to develop the educational process in accordance with modern developments.
