Indian PM leaves Bahrain after official visit

Manama, Aug. 25 (BNA): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi left Bahrain after two-day state visit to the Kingdom at the invitation of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.


The Indian Prime Minister was seen off by Deputy Premier HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Premier Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the ambassadors of Bahrain to India and India to Bahrain.


PM Modi expressed his appreciation of the warm reception and honoring him during the visit, lauding the outcome of his visit vis-à-vis Bahrain-India longstanding ties in the interest of both countries and peoples.
