Bahrain’s diplomatic achievements and contributions praised

Manama, Jan.14 (BNA): Jordanian Ambassador, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in the Kingdom of Bahrain Rami Saleh Wriekat Al Adwan hailed Bahrain’s foreign policy, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

 

In a statement today, Ambassador Al Adwan described Bahrain’s foreign policy as a model of openness and moderation, noting its keenness on supporting Arab rights and interests and backing regional and international security and peace.

 

On behalf of all ambassadors accredited to the Kingdom of Bahrain, he congratulated Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, as well as the ministry’s staff and heads of diplomatic and consular missions abroad on the occasion of the Bahraini Diplomacy Day.

 

He hailed the honourable contributions of longstanding Bahraini diplomacy in promoting the values of tolerance and peace, building bridges of cooperation and friendship with all countries in the world, on the basis of mutual respect, intercultural and interfaith respect and non-interference in other countries’ affairs.

 

Amb. Al Adwan hailed Bahrain's diplomatic success, led by HM the King and the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, commending the follow-up of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

In the statement, he highlighted long standing historic relations between Bahrain and Jordan, led by HM the King and HM King Abdulla II ibn Al Hussein of Jordan.
