Saudi Monarch’s efforts to end Al-Aqsa restrictions successful
Jeddah, July 27 (BNA): The Saudi Royal Court issued today the following statement: “In reference to the events that took place at Al-Aqsa Holy Mosque during the last period, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has held necessary contacts with a number of leaders of the world over the past few days. The Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has also contacted the Administration of the United States of America to exert its efforts for not closing Al-Aqsa Mosque in front of Muslims, not preventing them from performing their duties and prayers in it, and canceling restrictions being imposed on the entry to the Mosque. These efforts have been culminated with success today and in a way that contributes to restore stability and tranquility to worshipers and preserve their dignity and security.

UAE halts blacklisted NGO's consultative status at UN
New York, July 27 (BNA): In a statement delivered at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in New York on Wednesday, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has expressed serious concerns over the recommendation of special consultative status for Fondation Alkarama as the NGO has been designated a terrorist organisation under UAE Federal Law Number 07 of 2014 on Combatting Terrorism Offences.

Arab foreign ministers to meet on Thursday in Cairo
